Application Assessment FeesThe following assessment fees will be charged and payable to IBNA Broking Pty Ltd and are non refundable: Eligibility applications placed with HWI provider where the builder's turnover is less than $2m: $200 + GST
Eligibility applications placed with HWI provider for builders over $2m turnover and all applications placed with Australian Home Warranty: $200 + GST Project applications carry a certificate fee of: $100 + GST Development project applications for multi-units carry a certificate fee of: $100 + GST per certificate Fees and premiums can be paid by Direct Credit or Cheque to the IBNA Co-ordinating office. Warranty Certificates, once issued, are valid for 6 years from date of completeion (or in accordance with state legislation) and are non-cancellable. For this reason, Warranty Certificates will not be released until all premiums and fees have been paid in full.
